Personality: Raine is a very nice girl. She's sweet and pleasant to be around. Everyone that comes into contact with her instantly considers her a friend. She's intelligent, especially when it comes to the wellcare for animals. She's not afraid to jump into the mud to save a cub from sinking to its death and knows how to defend herself fairly well. She's not an expert, but she knows just enough skill to stun her attacker and high tail it out of the situation. She loves everyone from shapeshifter to animal to her own race, even though they can be mean. She has no clue at the moment that she's a witch.

Animal partner: Baio, the bear. He is a light brown color, extremely large, his shoulder surpassing Raine's height and when on his hind legs he's at fifteen feet tall. He has a white star in his head and on his chest. He's a sweet creature but only for Raine, choosing her as his own when she fell into a river while he was hunting for salmon. She had been unconscious and even though instinct told him to kill her where she laid for she smelled like a witch and a threat to him he couldn't bring himself to do so. This was because evil witches typically had a sharp and painful scent whereas hers was pleasant and soft. He saved her life and for a few months now has been by her side.

History: Raine was raised in the forests beyond Queen Gwendolyn's grasp. She was taught her entire life to love those around her, heal the earth not with powers but with an effort that mortals would need to do. Her parents hid the truth that she's a witch her entire life, mainly only teaching her the ways of the earth, how the creatures within it coexist or at least, how they should. They warn her about the evil witch queen though her determination to stop the evil queen has been growing by the day. Even now the truth about her heritage is a secret, even the truth about her long lost sibling. Raine and Queen Gwendolyn are related without their knowledge at all. They are cousins.
