Personality: Irene is a very quiet girl. She keeps to herself and only speaks when she feels appropriate. She isn't verbally loud as those she has gone to school with and never had the desire to be as one of "those girls." She simply stays quiet at her desk in class, drawing animals and fantasy creatures, reading comics and dreaming of becoming a comic artist. Irene doesn't even really answer questions in class, although it seems like she's zoning out, her mind far away from her studies, she is actually alert and listening to whatever the teacher has to say. Because whenever she is called on due to the teacher may think she's not paying attention, she blurts out the answer in a full competent response. She is actually pretty intelligent, just people think she's mentally challenged (despite her good looks) and keep away from her. She is a gentle soul, not too many have seen her angry. She has gotten into trouble a couple times but that's only because she loves the thrill it brings. Irene may be a silent, shy, and reserved but she lets her true personality be shown in her clothes, wearing whatever she wants depending on her mood. Irene has been known to wear a top hat and walking with a gentlemen's cane because she felt like wearing the Mad Hatter's clothes. People may give her strange looks but she plows through them, enjoying how different she is.
Appearance: Irene has strawberry blonde hair that fall into natural curls to her mid-back. She is slender and rich in her curves. She has long, toned legs even though she hasn't worked out a day in her life. She has dark green eyes but nobody really knows her eye color because she keeps them on her feet everyday, and her thick glasses prevent anyone having the desire from looking at her. She has a tattoo on the back of her neck of a butterfly but she keeps it hidden with her hair always down.

History: Irene was raised as any other ordinary girl. Her parents never abused her, she's never been sexually assaulted but has dated a couple men, she even kissed a girl on a dare when she was 12 years old, her picture was taken and she was an outcast at school. A prank that the preps did just to make her feel humility and lose her trust on anyone. This was the age that she decided to stay by herself and not make any friends. For a long time she only found solace in her tuxedo cat at home or finding entertainment from comic books and graphic novels. Ever since Irene was young she has had a talent for art and when she was fourteen decided to focus on comic art, yearning to be a comic artist or even an animator someday.
When she was fifteen her cat died of old age and she dived deeper into her comics and art, doing school on the side because that was something no teenager could escape from.
Her parents grew disappointed in her, because she wasn't an overachiever like her older sister and how her younger brother was becoming that too.
Irene simply rolled her eyes at them, angered that she never had the desire to become a doctor or a lawyer. She didn't care what they thought, and even though they grounded her multiple times from drawing or even reading comics, she always found a way through it that soon her parents stopped grounding her even though they still disapprove.
Irene has just grown tired of how boring and strict her life was. She was tired of being an outcast and alone, how much fun she saw other people have fun but made sure she was excluded from their activities.
And because she is tired of her unfair and misunderstood life, she left for the bookstore and found a particular comic that intrigued her eyes and interest.
