The Blood is the Life

The year is 2156. The earth has become a barren wasteland due to constant wars between humanity, missiles firing at each other from across the globe with their opposite enemy territories. The world eventually couldn't take it and simply died with life--except for a few thousand survivors distributed across the world.
But before I get ahead of myself, there was ND-WAR, the war that was meant to end all wars.
America was becoming too powerful and too skilled in its technological advances that the rest of the world knew that America would bring them the end of their existence, America was too dangerous and Americans were growing pompous of their wealth.
Simply, a war broke out. The world against the USA.

2100--The war began.

For 20 years no one had won or lost, just death,the numbers rapidly increasing each hour.
Something needed to be done, the Americans needed help or they would be doomed to extinction.

2121--The Cyborgs.

Hundreds of people,men and women, were taken under the governments care and were modified. They were reconstructed becoming half robot half human--the Cyborgs. Except, some didn't survive the redevelopment, resulting in deaths. However most did survive to see the next day as Cyborgs, they would be their normal selves, still having their personalities and the same interests, except each has a phrase programmed into their brains that when uttered, they would "Glitch",a term that means they would go into a war-mode and kill all who stand in their path.
These Cyborgs are meant for weapons, it would be safe to say that's why they're so merciless.

2123--The ND-WAR has finished

...Or did it?
The Cyborgs modifications were too great and precise these robot-people ended the war, killing most of America's enemies and terrifying the other rebels into submission, the war absolutely ending.

2156-Present Day

For years now, humans have believed that the Cyborgs were becoming too powerful and fear that they want to overthrow the humans, deriving them to extinction. They know that the cyborgs are too strong compared to them, so thats why there are the foolhardy that are called Bounty Hunters, either in gangs or alone, killing the Cyborgs.
However, the humans aren't the only villains.
Lets go into how the Cyborgs look and their modifications>>

The Cyborgs
Now you're probably wondering why its a Vampire Rp, this is because the Cyborgs resemble vampires and have gained the nickname instead of being called cyborgs. When they were made, they Cyborgs had to survive on something--on a lifesouce--this was found as blood or eating guts and organs.
Remember "The Blood is the Life" (quote from Dracula^^)
And because they're half robot, they're pale and immortal,not aging at all and almost invincible.
*Now the reason why they're villains in this story too*
Livestock such as animals are growing scarce in the barren wasteland of earth, practically gone in some countries and the Vampires are turning to Humans for their meal.
Except there are Vampires that want to help the humans, not eat them except for in small portions, hunting their own kind.

The Rebels
The Rebels are a mix of humans and Vampires working together to kill the evil Vampires and evil humans--cause yes,there's evil humans you have to keep an eye out for.
*Rebels are also considered Bounty Hunters, but the Bounty Hunters do it for a profit,the Rebels do what the right thing is.

Setting
Remember,this is a barren wasteland of earth.
There are few large cities in America and this mainly takes place in America.
This is the future but most of technology has depleted due to the war,only guns, transportation, are available. The really advanced stuff is held under the powerful leaders within the cities and are almost impossible to get. There are time machines and hovercrafts but these are really rare to get to.
