Personality:He hates everything that crawls or moves that isn't 100 percent human.He will kill anything that's not human and never have a 2cd thought. Ifits anyone that's human he take order and commands them like a king woulda peasant. But if its his niece he will treat her like a daughter.
History: Not much is known why Robert hates hybrids, could be because they killed his family, but we'll never really know. After the incident, he had found his only relative, his young niece Chollete alive and slightly harmed. He immediately took her under his wing, treating her like a daughter and tending to her wounds until they were completely healed. When she was older he taught her how to fight and trained her to become the human weapon she is today, but has been promoted to being almost the second in command so he doesn't really send her out to kill much unless it's desperately needed, he cares too much for her safety. While Robert was training his niece he had gotten an idea to start a secret organization that kills Hybrids, especially the dragon ones who were already few in numbers, hence why he's having Takari being hunted so carefully.
