She is able to use the other elements but is a natural with water.

Apperence:She is a massive 15ft tall and is proud of it. She is muscular but a sleek and deadly kind like a cat. Rakasha is a Dark blue color with pure white horns and white fangs and claws. Her wings are a feathery white with blue tips at the ends of each feather. Her scales seem to sparkle like sapphires while her wings are covered in a water proof substance. Everytime she licks at her wings they are recoated in the water proof substance similar to how a penguin recoat's it's feathers or with an otter or beaver. Her tail is long and thick, flexible and sleek like a cats while her arms and legs are muscular but lean and assassin deadly, connected to the paws are deadly white razzor sharp claws that can almost cut through anything. Her eyes are sky blue with white and silver around the black slit iris like a rippeling river. The underside of her scales from her neck to her thighs is, like her wings, white with bluish tints to the edges. She has ears that are similar to a horses or cows that have two silver hoop earrings on her right ear and five on her left. Around her long snake like neck is a silver necklace with a sapphire pendent in the shape of a bursting star in the middle of a diamond moon. Around her right paw is a set of 15 huge silver rings.

Personality:She is a very outgoing dragon but very very protective of her clan. She gets a little overprotective sometimes thinking its for the good of the clan and tends tends to mother the younger dragons. She is loyal and a very good fighter, which is why she is the alpha. She does not give mercy to ANYone who tries to harm her clan and will kill them on the spot, although if it comes to a youngling she will give them a chance to clear their case. She hates witches and if she encounters one she will drive them off at the least or tare them to shreds or more. She is naturally loving though and loves to play around when given the chance. She is the type of dragon that is wise from her years and is open to advice from her clan members but no one else. She is however very strict in war and will NOT let anyone boss her around.

History:She has been the apha dragon for a long time, she was born into the war and has grown up hating witches. She has always sorta hated them but because of the war it began to grow and grow. She however has not found a mate and has not had hatchlings to pass on her commanding spot. She became alpha after her father became a crazed leader and began to do the worst for the clan, she fought him and killed him, taking his place. She will do anything and everything to protect the clan.
