Personality: Determined.
She is what you would call a work-a-holic. She is constantly in her labs, experimenting, hardly ever sleeping. She comes off as cold and distant. She has high expectations for her employees and although her family members are her guards, servants, and etc...she treats them with a professional attitude.
Appearance: She is tall and elegant. This was before the Nobles decided to wear such advanced armor, so she basically wears dresses, skirts, and pants as long as they're organic colors. She has deep blue eyes, brown hair that falls into natural, tamed curls. She has fair skin and pink lips.

History: Ethel was born into the royal bloodline of the Nobles. Her parents and her grandparents before them, have been recognized as the most powerful of the Darcia's, therefore since she was a child she was treated as a "princess." Her mother tried having other children but they would always die either during the pregnancy or during delivery. Finally her mother had died while giving birth and her father had disappeared, leaving Ethel in the care of her grandfather. Her grandfather was, at the time, obsessed with Paradise and the Book of the Moon. He read it to her almost every night and telling stories of what Paradise would be like. Ethel had become interested and she soon began helping her grandfather with his studies and experiments. She too soon became obsessed, hoping that Paradise had her parents and she would see them
again.
They soon discovered Paradise could only be opened by a Lunar Flower. They soon began to experiment on the species of wolves, since wolves were also another key to opening Paradise. They figured if theywere one and the same it could be opened at one moment.
While they were experimenting, they also came across research that humans couldn't get into Paradise.
But what if they shared the same DNA as animals?
With wolves being the closest creatures in their reach in their lab, they impregnated Ethel, hoping the combined wolf and human DNA would have the child be birthed as a human that could turn into a wolf, therefore being allowed into Paradise.
(Of course this wouldn't happen for 200 years where we would meet Darcia...)
As they wait for the child to be born and know of their results, they successfully made a Lunar Flower in the form of a golden wolf. But their prized experiment has disappeared, possibly on their way to Paradise and Ethel isn't about ready to let this be accomplished....
