Want To Be A Wolf!

Having Calvin around to help calmed Dory's nerves a little bit. And after the feeling that she had no idea what to do with a young child like Chaos, she found that it was rather comforting to hold him close. He was warm and small, and rather cute in his own way.
"Good." Dory sighed, feeling bad for the kid. "Poor thing only wants a home..." Her eyes moved from the boy to Cal and softened at the sight of him being so serious. She was used to the goofy male, the one who hung on her every word. But now everything was turned and it was she who listened intently as he spoke.
For a moment back there, when Koven had mentioned that Chaos was her's and Calvin's pup, she'd got to thinking. And Dory found that a part of her had been happy to hear that. But of couse she, by no means, was in love with the sweet Nurse. Though that didn't mean she wasn't letting ideas slide around her head. It was hard not to when she had a child in her lap, feeling almost like she was his mother, if only for a minute.

Pandora glared at Koven. Though he may be the type of male she always admired, strong, cunning, and doesn't give a damn about other's opinions this ticked her off. Her eyes darkened at her Beta. He may have been right about the others not repsecting, they may not like her but did she care? Being the type of Alpha she was, Pandora didn't care whether or not her packmates liked her. They were meant to be her slaves, do her bidding, obey her every command...not to like her in any way just like she didnt have to like them. To prove her point that they may not hold her in favor they still feared her, and to stand up to Koven as she always did at his challenges she turned to the three.
"Dorothy! Calvin! Chaos! Rise!" she barked orders at them.

Almost slipping out of his bliss by being beside Dory and to slowly get to know the new cub, Calvin was called to attention by his Alpha. Jumping to his feet, Calvin stood with his rms tight at his sides, his back strictly straight, and his full attention on Pandora. He wanted to look down at Dory, make sure if her and the cub were all right but he stayed still. His ears and eyes alert for Pandora's next command.

Dory hadn't been expecting the sudden command. In facst, she'd been trying to ignore both the Alpha and her Beta without much success. But once Pan called out to them, she couldn't say no. Standing, the brunette lifted Chaos and cradled him in her arms, secretly hoping the young boy wouldn't wake up. Dory's eyes wavered as she turned to face the angry voice, shifting from Pandora's equally as angry face then back down to the floor or the child she was holding. The grey ears atop her head fell back in submission, her tail hidden out of fear for what might come next. Were they in trouble? She wondered what the powerful pack leader wanted and if she would be able to comply. Had Pan not already let her distaste for herself and Calvin, Dory might have scooted closer to the blonde. He was comforting to have around but it might be dangerous to show him any affection with their Alpha so close and so on edge.

Clenching her fists, for Pandora hated, absolutely hated it when Koven tried to prove her wrong, she concealed a burning growl in her throat. Regaining her composure, Pan glanced at her young packmembers. Her nose twitched as she thought quickly of a command for them to perform.
"Go out into the woods. Wait for Koven and me. Tonight, we'll run as wolves," she said calmly but with an edge of bitterness. The woods were just behind their apartment complex and she was ansy on knowing where Joseph lived and wanting to know more about him. There needed to be more werewolves, she couldn't wait any longer.

Sensing his Alpha's distress, Calvin lowered his eyes to the floor and nodded with the tiniest movement of his head. When he took his first step towards the door he reminded himeself to move slow and soft, afraid that even the sharpest movement would cause Pan to lunge at him because at how tense she was. Brushing Dory's wrist to have her follow him, he led the way to the front door, his legs tingling with the excitement to FINALLY be able to change after so many weeks of being trapped in this human body.

Pandora stomped to Koven's door and pounded on it with her tight fists. Anger burning her blood and sizzling im her eyes.

Calvin took Dory's wrist and tugged on it, trying to lead her and Chaos outside.

If anything was keeping her strong, it was the little voice in har arms. Right then, as he woke and peered up at her like he belonged to her, Dory wondered what sort of monster would throw out such a dear child. He might be strange but he was cute and seemed loving.
"Outside, honey, we're going outside. You'll like that, won't you?" She crooned like she'd done this a million times though Dory had little experience with kids, instinct seemed to take over. Feeling herself being led by a strong hand, the girl glanced up and noticed that it was Calvin who was taking such good care of her, a funny thought since she was the one holding their newly found little boy. Smiling at both the child and her friend, Dory felt a small weight lift from her heart as they headed for the door. Yes, she thought, outside would be wonderful, anything to get them away from their angry Alpha.
